These solid carbide router bits are all ground from micro grain carbide on precision CNC machines.
The following types of Solid Carbide Router Bits are in stock in most sizes.  Single edge "O" Flute Straight bits which cut very fast and are used for cutting patterns when exact size of the groove is not important.  Double Edge "V" Flute Straight Bits are available in many styles. 

Double Edge Spiral Router Bits are available in both up-cut and down-cut and are available in left hand. 

 Up-cut/Down-cut spiral compression bits are available with single or double flutes and also Right or Left Hand.  Compression bits are used when minimum chipping on both sides of a laminated board is desired.

  3-Flute Spiral Roughing bits are stocked in both Up-cut and Down-cut.  2-Flute Mortise Compression Spiral router bits are used when a blind mortise is needed in conjunction with a through cut.
